Many things in our universe are unexplainable, or maybe unbelievable is a better term. I mean just because things can be explained, doesn’t necessarily mean that we believe them. Astral travel, also known as astral projection, is one of those things that can be explained, and many people have experienced it, but do we believe it is possible?
Well I can honestly say that it is possible because I have had this awesome, out of the world experience myself. I admit it was many years ago when my children were young and it wasn’t something that I went about to do, it just happened. I can still recall it clearly even now, I wasn’t scared and it felt natural. I remember looking down at myself asleep in my bed and thinking “what am I supposed to do?”.
I then started moving my arms as if I was swimming and I began to move toward the door. This felt rally strange to me, swimming breaststroke in mid air, but that was all I could come up with to propel myself. I visited each of my children’s rooms and looked down on them sleeping peacefully. Unfortunately I can’t remember returning to my body, so I’m still not sure how I did that. As I am still here, I obviously returned.
After that experience I tried again many times but it just didn’t happen. That’s when I started looking into astral projection techniques. I learnt that astral travel happens when your mind and body are completely relaxed. After trying several different techniques and not finding one that suited me, I kept looking until I discovered that there was special astral projection music available. This music contains tones called binaural beats and although you can’t hear the tones, they induce your mind into deep relaxation.
These binaural recordings have been proven to help our minds enter a theta wave frequency state, in this state our subconscious can direct what we do and how we feel. So not only can astral projection music help with astral traveling, it can help transform you into a positive and energetic person.
Anyway, I started listening to this music when I went to bed and slowly I was able to build on my astral travelling. I never went far from my body, maybe I was scared I would get lost. My first experience of astral travel outside of the comfort and security of my home was when my new boyfriend at the time, took me to a Chris Rea concert in Perth. Our seats were a fair way back from the stage so about half way through, I settled back until I was completely relaxed and then “swam” down to the front row. I know, too late now but I should have got on stage with him!
I must mention that you may not experience astral projection the first few times that you try but when you do, the more often you travel, the faster you can access the necessary state of mind.
At the end of the concert, my boyfriend asked if I was okay. I told him I fine fine and why did he ask. He told me that during the concert he had spoken to me but I didn’t answer and I looked like I was asleep. He was surprised when I told him what I had done and naturally, he wanted to learn the technique.
So to answer the question; Will Astral Projection Music Help You to Astral Travel? The answer is a resounding, yes. Oh, by the way, I did start teaching my boyfriend about, not only astral travel, but about spirituality, synchronicity and I also introduced him to the healing arts.
I encourage you to try astral projection music and see for yourself how it can help to enrich your life. Head on over to http://www.therapies4today.info where you can listen to some sample binaural beats and explore many other recordings.
